Bringing in new customers by marketing and
selling our web hosting, and design
services. Encouraging referrals, and
promoting customer satisfaction at all
times. |
|
Support and promote the mission, values
and principles of LaserHosts Web and
Calling Services.
Possess the ability to effectively
advertise, market, and sell our products,
services, and prices.
Display professionalism, enthusiasm,
and a drive to succeed.
Represent the company in a
professional manner.
Understand logistics flow process of
an order.
Handle customer and account
information such as revenues, new payments
received, hosting setup, specific design
details, etc.
Effectively handle all new customer
questions, and support issues.
Teamwork between other sales team,
support staff, and our clients.
Follow-up with customers for
satisfaction and future orders.
Work closely with your manager to
troubleshoot problems, and to always
forward them on to the appropriate
departments.
Miscellaneous duties as they come up
including service calls, updating your
manager with productivity of sales, etc.

High-school diploma or GED
Proven experience in marketing, sales,
and / or customer service.
Strong PC, analytical, personal
service, and interpersonal skills.
