How am I
billed?
We will send you a paper bill in the
mail each month. If you prefer you
may sign up for E-billing instead.

Do you have
Long Distance Services?
YES! We do have long distance
services as well, you can switch carriers
if you want after you get your first bill.
Can I use my
existing toll free number?
YES! We can transfer your current
toll free number to our system (just
indicate this on the application during
signup.)
Can I have my
Toll Free Number ring on a number in
Canada?
No, You can only have your number ring
onto a phone number in the 49 U.S.,
States' (Excluding Alaska.)
How long does
it take to get setup?
It can take up to 14 days, usually much
sooner. However you can get setup
much faster if you let our system assign
you a number instead of choosing one
yourself.
What is 6
Second Billing?
This means that we will charge you to
the nearest 6 second interval instead of
rounding up to the nearest minute like
most companies. Our way saves 40% on
average. There is an 18 second
minimum for each call.
How exactly
does the Toll Free Number Work?
Whenever someone calls your toll free
number, the call is routed to your
telephone (cell phone, fax, home, business
line, etc.) It is a seamless transfer just
like any other toll free numbers. When the
call is connected to your line, you pay
the LOW per minute rates and that's all.
Is the call
quality good?
YES! The call quality is
outstanding. We do not use Internet lines
like other discount registrars, we use
mainly fiber optic lines to get you the
best call quality available.
Is the service
reliable?
YES! When someone calls your toll
free number, the call will be connected
right away 100% of the time, with no
delays.
What
is my intrastate rate?
Just go to
www.LaserHosts.com/intrastate.htm and
find your state and the corresponding
rate. This rate is only for in-state
calls. All other calls within the
United States are the same as advertised
on our standard calling sign up pages.
Can I get
service quicker than 14 days?
YES! Just do not choose a vanity
number ... Let our system assign a number
to you and your service will be active
much faster.
