Will
LaserHosts put any banners or advertising on my page?
LaserHosts
will not force any banners on your web site. We will also never force
pop up, pop under, pop on exit or any other type of advertising on your
site. We do appreciate our customers to have a small icon stating
that your site is hosted by us, but this is not required.
There
is no catch. Our high sales volume allows us to keep the prices so low
and the quality of the services is our most important sales generator.
As a matter of fact, most of our clients end up purchasing several
accounts and referring all of their acquaintances to us.
Almost
all sites are welcome at LaserHosts. The final determination of
what is acceptable will be made by LaserHosts. NO spamming is
allowed. Please consult our user agreement or contact our sales
department if you need further information about this issue.
We
offer 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days a year FTP access, FrontPage
extensions publishing access and web based upload/download through the
control panel. No matter your personal preferences, you will never have
any trouble finding the perfect way to upload your files.
Most
orders are honored within a few hours and almost always within 24 hours
of receipt. You can start uploading your pages as soon as your order is
processed and our welcome email is sent to you.
We
offer FREE 24/7 support. Most of our customers would agree that our support staff always goes beyond
the realm of duty. The support level included with your account
guarantees knowledgeable assistance with all of your account's features,
setting up your email accounts, uploading your files, etc... Frequently,
the staff will even provide design tips and techniques regarding your
design but unfortunately, we cannot design the site for you and the
design tips are a privilege we provide to our customers rather than an
obligation. We also offer a premium direct support option as well.
For
your convenience, your emails can be accessed by any POP software,
(Outlook, Eudora,...) and via web based interface - web mail. The Web
mail allows you to access your email messages, reply and compose new
messages while you are away from your computer.

To upgrade your hosting account, go to
www.LaserHosts.com/hosting.htm and click on the NEW package you
would like to upgrade to. Make sure you sign up completely for
this new hosting package by paying (monthly or annually) and then
complete the order by clicking "Continue to Subscription" and fill out
the online form. Make sure to indicate that you are upgrading your
account in the PayPal and Comments sections.
After you have signed up for the upgrade,
and have received the receipt in your E-mail from PayPal that your
payment has went through, you can log back in to your PayPal account and
cancel your OLD hosting account. Make sure you don't cancel your
new account, and also make sure you don't cancel your old one until
AFTER you sign up with a new account.

What if I don't have a credit card or bank account?
You may send a money order instead for a manual payment fee of $5.00
extra per payment. Please follow the directions below to use a
money order:
1.) Add $5.00 to the payment amount.
This is only for manual payments made to our company through a money
order in the mail.
2.) The "Pay To" section must be left
blank so that our local representatives or agents can access the funds
themselves.
