Calling Service Client Agreement

This Acceptable Use Policy specifies certain rights held by you (the consumer) and us (LaserHosts Web Services a.k.a. LaserHosts, or LaserHosts.com) By purchasing ANY service from LaserHosts you must unconditionally agree to all terms set fourth in our Terms of use, this agreement, and any information retained on any pages on the LaserHosts entire site or any information related thereto. A late payment to LaserHosts will incur a 5% late fee Due 10 days after the request for a late payment is made by LaserHosts or an authorized representative. Any returned checks will incur a $30 returned check fee due 10 days after the request for payment for the fee is made by LaserHosts or an authorized representative. Any charge backs from credit cards will incur a $30 chargeback fee due 10 days after the request for payment for the fee is made by LaserHosts or an authorized representative. Setup charges for toll free numbers will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you have a problem with your toll free number you will have to call the company that provides the service to you (will be disclosed in the follow up e-mail). LaserHosts only provides you the service to setup an account with a toll free number. We are an agent of a third party company that will issue or maintain your toll free numbers and bill you for any toll free numbers. You also agree to allow LaserHosts to setup a PayPal account, and charge your credit card or PayPal account on file on your behalf. In an event where services are purchased but not activated (e.g. You pay for the service but do not fill out the service form on the page following the payment page): We are not to be held responsible for actions that need to be fulfilled on our customer's behalf. You are responsible to make sure the proper forms have been filled out, completed, and turned in to the proper locations, and people. Payment of setup fee does guarantee approval for any account you sign up for. If you are not approved for the service(s) you signed up for, we are not required to refund your paid setup fee. In an event where services are activated but not purchased e.g. You fill out the service form and we activate service but you never actually paid for the service or the services are activated but the payment was never received or declined. You will be required to pay the full portion of the service fee from the start date until the ending date. No Prorating will be refunded on any items. All information contained on our websites or represented by any representative, or agent, is to the best of our knowledge to be true and accurate. All rates are subject to change without notice. All rates advertised are state to state within most of the U.S. Intra-state rates are listed separately at www.laserhosts.com/intrastate.htm. If you do not wish to pay the setup fee for a toll free number, you may sign up through the long distance page. If you sign up for a toll free number without paying the setup fee, you may be charged a rate of 9.9 cents per minute. You may request that your rate be lowered at a later date, which will be subject to a $25 setup fee at that point. LaserHosts and it's agents hold and reserve ALL rights when misinformation is discovered and every attempt will be made to correct the incorrect information as quickly as possible. In an instance where any incorrect information is found, LaserHosts or any of our agents cannot, and will not under any circumstances be held liable for any damages done to you or any associated party. Punitive damages cannot and will not be collected from any subscriber from LaserHosts or any agent. LaserHosts may legally pursue you regarding any disputes that cannot be settled by a representative of LaserHosts and yourself, and you may be taken to court. All cases will be seen in the courts of Dane County, Wisconsin. No exceptions will be made. By signing up, you also acknowledge that you have read, understand, and will abide by our user agreement located at www.laserhosts.com/agreement.htm. If any part of this agreement is deemed to be unlawful, the remaining portions of the agreement will stay enforced. Any and all information can be changed at anytime with, or without notice. Even though we make every attempt to provide accurate and up to date information, any changes do not have to be noted on the website or made public in any way. Any communication between you and any representative of LaserHosts either by E-mail, phone, fax, or postal mail becomes the sole property of LaserHosts, and we own the exclusive rights to use that communication at will for whatever purpose we choose. All calls are subject to being monitored and / or recorded by LaserHosts, and you hereby agree to allow us to do so, and use for whatever purpose we choose. You may not recorded, use, or keep any communication with LaserHosts, or any of our agents, without our previous written consent with actual signature from the owner of LaserHosts.
