Interviewing and hiring a sales team of
agents to promote our toll free, and long
distance calling services. Managing
of your agent's productivity and revenues.
Motivating the sales team to always
increase profits. |
|
Support and promote the mission, values
and principles of LaserHosts Web and
Calling Services.
Possess the ability to effectively
advertise, interview, hire, and manage a
constant growing sales team.
Display professionalism, enthusiasm,
and stability.
Represent the company in a
professional manner.
Understand logistics flow process.
Handle agent and account
information such as revenues, new payments
received, toll free services, long
distance features, etc.
Effectively handle all agent
questions, and support issues.
Teamwork between other managers, the
company, agents, and our clients.
Follow-up with agents confirming
completed orders and services.
Work closely with agents to
troubleshoot problems, and to always
forward them on to the appropriate
departments.
Miscellaneous duties as they come up
including service calls, updates on agents
and sales, etc.

High-school diploma or GED
Proven experience in sales,
management, and / or business.
Strong PC, analytical, personal
service, and interpersonal skills.
